A Sun City Digital representative will provide you with the Terms & Conditions form before performing service. You will retain a signed copy of this form for your records.


Services at Your Location: A person of at least 18 years of age must be present when services are provided by Sun City Digital. Technicians must receive full access to the product(s) to be serviced, access to your residence, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, and a safe working environment, working space and electrical power. Services may be denied and a $19 cancellation charge may be assessed if a Sun City Digital agent arrives at the scheduled service time and determines that no adult is present or that the Sun City Digital agent does not reasonably have the appropriate access, cooperation, or safe working area. Sun City Digital may refrain from providing any services on the basis that the minimum system requirements are not met or the technical needs or other requirements are unusual or extensive as reasonably determined by Sun City Digital.

Back-Up Your Data: Sun City Digital will NOT back up any data on your product unless you specifically request Sun City Digital to do so prior to the performance of any service for an additional fee. It is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your product, prior to requesting service from Sun City Digital. You acknowledge and agree that Sun City Digital shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and/or software.

Labor Warranty: Sun City Digital guarantees labor services provided to you for 14 days; however, for repairs necessitated by a virus or malware, the 14-day warranty is only valid if antivirus and antimalware protection for your product is installed or updated during the repair or before you again connect to the Internet. If there is a problem with the service provided to you by Sun City Digital and if you notify us within the warranty period, Sun City Digital will work to remedy your original problem quickly and at no additional cost.

Hardware: Sun City Digital may at times purchase hardware from third party vendors in which return policies, warranty periods, and performance may vary. For services including hardware replacements, upgrades, or installations, warranty is limited to the hardware vendors’ terms and conditions. If Sun City Digital makes a hardware purchase necessary to complete a task, you agree that Sun City Digital is only responsible for labor, not hardware defects, incompatibilities, or performance, and that any disputes will be taken to the hardware vendor.

Software Installations: Sun City Digital may install software on your computer that allows you to obtain additional technology services. For software installations, Sun City Digital may accept End User License Agreements on your behalf. Sun City Digital is not responsible for damage or performance from software installed on your system.

Product Pick-Up by Sun City Digital: If Sun City Digital picks up your product for the purpose of performing a requested service(s) at a Sun City Digital location, and any damage or loss occurs with respect to your product while in Sun City Digital's possession or control, regardless of causation or fault, you are only entitled to replacement of the product or reimbursement of the estimated cash value of the product. Sun City Digital is not responsible for lost data, or loss of wages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the incident.

Limitation of Remedy: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that Sun City Digital's total liability for damages related to its services is limited to the total amount you pay for the services, and under no circumstances shall Sun City Digital be liable to you or any other person for any damages, including without limitation any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, expenses costs, profits, lost savings or earnings, lost or corrupted data, or other liability arising out of or related to the services provided by Sun City Digital or out of the installation, de-installation, use of, or inability to use your computer equipment, hardware, peripherals, or the network as a result of the services provided hereunder. Sun City Digital shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to any cause beyond its control. If Sun City Digital’s ability to render services is impaired by your failure to cooperate or circumstances beyond the control of Sun City Digital, Sun City Digital may choose not to provide services. Service can also be denied if dangerous or unhealthy conditions are present including possible code violations. For any un-installation services provided, Sun City Digital shall not be responsible for repairing any damage or changes made to your residence.
