How long will it take to repair my computer?

Each computer issue is different. While we strive to offer the quickest turnaround times, some services may take longer than others depending on complexity. Usually we can have a computer repaired within 48 - 72 hours. For hardware replacements/upgrades, time may vary depending on availability of hardware and shipping delays if the piece is being ordered.

EMERGENCY 24 HOUR SERVICE is available for an additional fee.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes. We offer pickup and delivery in the El Paso area. For an additional fee we will drive to your location, inspect your computer, transport it to our service location, and deliver the equipment to your residence once the computer is in working condition.

Do you perform on-site service?:

Yes. For an additional fee, most services can be done on site. Only certain issues may not qualify for on-site service. A service technician can determine qualification once a diagnosis is made. If you decide to have a service technician perform on-site work and the equipment requires repair at our facilities, pickup and delivery is free.

Do you offer a service warranty?

Yes. All services come with a 14-day labor warranty. A service technician will provide you with a copy of the terms and conditions.
